Credibility that matches the business
A presence that reflects the real level of your operation, so price conversations start from a stronger position.
Custom websites for established service businesses
I design and build custom websites that help service businesses strengthen their credibility, communicate their value clearly and turn more visitors into qualified inquiries.
Strategy, design and development handled directly by one partner.
“The redesigned website helped us strengthen our search visibility and generate a consistent flow of reservations.”

The honest diagnosis
A website can keep working technically while quietly costing you the clients who were already interested. These are the signals that show up first.
It was built for a version of the business that no longer exists, and it shows in the first three seconds.
Visitors have to work to understand what you do, who it is for, and why they should pick you over the next result.
Most of your traffic arrives on a phone, and that is exactly where the experience falls apart.
When a serious prospect asks for your website, you explain it instead of simply sending it.
People land, look around and leave without calling, writing, booking or requesting anything.
Every campaign, new service or content idea turns into a technical negotiation instead of an update.
If you recognized three or more of these, the problem is not the design. It is that the website was never built for the business you run today.
What changes
Not a fresh coat of paint. A rebuilt argument for why someone should choose you, expressed through structure, design and everything they can feel but never name.
A presence that reflects the real level of your operation, so price conversations start from a stronger position.
What you offer, who it serves and why it is different — clear within seconds, not buried three clicks deep.
Deliberate routes to contact, quote, book or reserve, placed where the decision actually happens.
Fast, responsive and structured so campaigns, SEO and new content extend the site instead of fighting it.
Selected work

The engagement
One scope, one person accountable for it. No coordinating three vendors who each blame the other two.
Goals, audience, content, structure and the route a visitor takes from arrival to inquiry.
A visual direction built around your business — not a template with your logo dropped into it.
Fast, scalable implementation that holds up on phone, tablet and desktop.
Hierarchy, calls to action, forms, bookings and contact paths placed where they do work.
Technical structure, metadata, indexing and performance handled from the start.
Analytics, WhatsApp, reservations, payments, email and the external tools you already run on.
Testing, deployment, a walkthrough of how to manage it, and support after it goes live.
The platform is selected based on what the project actually needs — not on what is easiest to sell you.

Who you actually work with
You work directly with the person responsible for the strategy, the design and the code. No account managers, no hand-offs, nothing lost between departments.
I'm Michael, an independent web designer and developer working with service businesses that need more than a visually attractive website.
The process
Five stages, defined up front. You always know what is happening now, what comes next, and what I need from you to keep it moving.
Your business, your clients, what the current site gets wrong, and what a win actually looks like.
Architecture, messaging, content requirements and the journey each page has to carry.
The visual direction and the key pages, refined together before a line of production code exists.
Building, integrating and optimizing — responsive, fast and ready for real content.
Testing, deployment, measurement and the agreed support once you are live.
Client perspective
01Result
“The website redesign, along with ongoing improvements to its search visibility, has helped us stand out in our industry and generate a consistent flow of reservations. Michael has been reliable throughout the process and remains someone I trust with the continued growth of our website.”
02Working together
“Michael understood exactly what we wanted for Milux Auto and delivered a website that feels modern, fast and highly professional. He was patient, committed and helped us elevate how our brand is presented online. We're extremely happy with the result and would recommend him without hesitation.”
Choosing an approach
Templates win on price and speed. They cost you differentiation, and they get harder to grow into as the business changes.
Agencies win on capacity. That capacity arrives with layers, overhead, and distance between you and whoever is actually building.
A custom build scoped to your business, with one person accountable for the strategy, the design and the code.

Investment & timeline
Every project is quoted individually, because scope, content and integrations vary more than any price list can hold. Share your range in the form and I will tell you straight away whether we are aligned — before either of us spends time on a call.
From kickoff to launch, depending on scope, content and integrations.
A fixed scope and a fixed number, agreed before anything begins.
A personal reply after your project details have actually been read.
Questions
Still unclear on something? Ask it in the form — it becomes a better first conversation.
Every project is quoted individually, because scope, content, integrations and the number of pages vary widely. The form below includes budget ranges — share the one you are working with and I will tell you honestly whether we are aligned before we spend time on a call.
Most custom website projects run about 4–8 weeks from kickoff to launch. The two things that move that timeline are content readiness and how quickly feedback comes back, so both are planned for from the start.
The platform is chosen based on what the project actually needs — how the site will be updated, what it has to integrate with, and how it should grow. You will get a clear recommendation and the reasoning behind it, not a preference imposed on the project.
Yes. Redesigns are the majority of the work. What is already working is preserved — valuable content, search visibility, integrations and brand equity — and the structure, design and experience are rebuilt around it.
I handle structure, messaging direction and SEO foundations: technical setup, metadata, indexing and performance. Full copywriting and ongoing content or SEO campaigns can be included in scope when the project calls for it.
Yes. The site is set up so your team can manage the content that changes regularly, and you get a walkthrough at launch. Anything structural stays available through continued support.
Yes. I work with clients locally and internationally, in English and Spanish, and I am based in the Dominican Republic.
Launch is a milestone, not an exit. Support is agreed up front, and most clients continue with improvements, new sections and performance work as the business moves.
