Overview
01The challenge
A traveller planning from a hotel room is choosing between doing something and doing nothing. The site competes with the resort's own excursion desk, so the experiences have to feel vivid and the logistics have to feel effortless.
02The approach
Photography leads, because these are visual purchases, with a gallery doing the persuading. Activities are grouped by the kind of day someone wants — adventure, water, nightlife, culture — rather than by the operator's internal categories, and transport is handled as its own practical track so browsing and booking never obstruct each other.
What changed
Experiences grouped by the kind of day a traveller wants.
Transport handled as its own track, separate from browsing.
Photography given the space to do the persuading.
A structure ready to scale as the activity roster grows.
