Overview

Licda. Marilin Villegas runs an immigration services practice in the Dominican Republic — visa applications, migratory petitions, travel insurance and American passport processes. The expertise was never in question. Online, it was buried in dense text that few visitors finished reading.

01The challenge

Immigration is a high-anxiety decision. People arrive worried about paperwork, timelines and whether they qualify at all. The previous presentation asked them to decode a wall of legal language before they could tell whether the practice could even help them.

02The approach

Every service was rebuilt as its own scannable block with a clear promise and a single next step. Credibility signals — years of practice, verified reviews, case volume — moved up into the flow instead of sitting in an About page nobody reaches. A FAQ and blog absorb the questions that used to arrive by phone, and the whole site reads in Spanish, the language the clients actually use.

What changed

The specifics,
not the adjectives.

  1. 01

Each service is understandable within one screen, without legal jargon.

  2. 02

One consistent route from any page to a consultation request.

  3. 03

Proof — reviews, experience, volume — placed at the decision moment.

  4. 04

A content structure the practice extends as immigration rules change.
