Overview
01The challenge
Customisation is a trust purchase — the customer is buying something that does not exist yet. The store has to prove print quality and design accuracy before anyone commits money to a blank product.
02The approach
The catalogue leads with finished pieces so print quality is visible rather than promised, organised by product type and by theme so the anime buyer and the corporate buyer each find their route quickly. Testimonials speak specifically to design accuracy, which is the objection that actually blocks the sale, and WhatsApp stays open for bespoke requests a cart cannot express.
What changed
Print quality shown through finished work rather than claimed.
Two buying routes — by theme and by product — inside one catalogue.
Bespoke requests routed to WhatsApp without leaving the store.
Shipping and secure payment stated before checkout, not after.
