01The challenge

A cooperative this size serves a farmer, a shop owner and a first-time saver from the same institution, and most of them are not comfortable navigating financial websites. Every product has to be findable by the person it is for, not by the department that owns it.

02The approach

Products were organised around who needs them rather than by internal structure, so an agricultural producer and a school-loan applicant each reach their own page directly. Institutional content — membership, policies, news — was separated from the product journey so the obligations of a cooperative do not obstruct its commercial side, and online banking sits at the top level where returning members look first.

The live site has since been modified by others. What is shown here is the version delivered.
