Overview
01The challenge
Excursions are browsed and compared; transfers are booked against a deadline. Forcing both through one interface serves neither, and a catalogue of twenty experiences turns into noise the moment it loses structure.
02The approach
Tours and transfers were separated into their own tracks, each with the booking logic its product needs — date and group size for excursions, route and vehicle for transfers. Every experience carries the practical answers that decide the purchase: what is included, hotel pickup, and free cancellation up to twenty-four hours before. Travel guides support the browsing phase without interrupting the booking one.
What changed
Two product lines that no longer compete inside one interface.
Twenty-plus experiences held in a structure that stays scannable.
Cancellation, pickup and inclusions answered inside each listing.
A catalogue the team extends as the season changes.
