01The challenge
A marketplace serves two customers who want opposite things. Travellers want the cheapest suitable car in the fewest clicks; rental companies want their fleet to stand out. The platform has to satisfy both without letting either dominate the interface.
02The approach
Search leads with pickup location, dates and vehicle type — the three constraints that eliminate most of the catalogue immediately — and a reservation completes without requiring a credit card, removing the single largest drop-off point in rental booking. A separate registration path lets rental companies list and manage their own fleet.
