Overview
01The challenge
The customer is usually sending something valuable to family, and has often been let down before. They need to know exactly what happens to the box, what it costs, and how to find it — in Spanish, without logistics jargon.
02The approach
The process was broken into four plain steps so the whole journey is visible before anyone commits. Destinations are presented country by country rather than as a list, personal and commercial cargo are separated because they are genuinely different decisions, and tracking plus a customer portal absorb the questions that generate most support calls.
What changed
The full shipping journey visible in four steps, before committing.
Personal and commercial cargo separated into their own decisions.
Eleven destination countries presented individually.
Tracking and a portal that absorb the most common support calls.
