Overview
01The challenge
Patients searching for urological care are anxious and frequently embarrassed. Clinical authority has to be unmistakable, but the language has to stay human — and asking for an appointment has to feel low-stakes.
02The approach
Services are explained one at a time in plain Spanish, each with its own space so a patient reads only what applies to them. Credentials and procedure volume sit where they reassure rather than where they boast, and a consultation request is reachable from every service without forcing a phone call first.
What changed
Each service readable on its own, without clinical jargon.
Authority signals placed where they reassure a nervous patient.
An appointment request reachable from anywhere on the site.
A structure the practice extends as specialities are added.
